About Me
My teaching style emphasizes fostering a collaborative, interactive, and open-minded environment that can best provide results for the student. I encourage curiosity and critical thinking to nurture a deeper understanding of the material. My strengths lie in my ability to stay patient and trust in the plan being implemented to reach mastery of the subject being taught. I am excited about the prospect of bringing my educational background and teaching tips and tricks I have implemented in my studies to positively contribute.
Education
I attended Florida International University where I obtained a Bachelors in Science of Biology. I graduated in 2023.
Teaching Experience
I earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Florida International University. My tutoring journey spans two years, during which I have accumulated valuable experience teaching foundational subjects such as English, math, and science to students from pre-K through 12th grade and college students. While completing my bachelor’s in science, I was a learning assistant for Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry, and Biology, where I gained experience breaking down complex info and tailoring my approach to each student's unique learning style. I feel confident teaching most STEM higher-level classes needed to complete a bachelor’s in science. That includes Language Arts (both Spanish and English), Math (Algebra to Stats ), Science (All biology-related branches, including Anatomy and Physiology), and General Chemistry to Organic Chemistry II. As an extra, I just recently completed a very rigorous entrance exam (Dental Admission Entrance Exam), where I performed above standards. My academic English, Biology, Chemistry, and Math are especially fresh and ready to be implemented.

When I'm not tutoring, you can find me playing online chess, listening to audiobooks, or exercising!
